L’eclisse accepts returns of products within 30 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on skincare.
If you are sent an incorrect item due to our error, contact us. We will ship the correct item immediately as well as dispatch UPS to pick up the incorrect item to be returned to us. In this case, please package the incorrect item in the original shipping box to ensure its safety.
If you ordered the wrong product, contact us. You are able to return this item (unopened, unused) and exchange it for the correct item. To do so, you must return this item at your own expense. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship the exchanged item. Shipping charges may apply when we ship the exchanged item.
If you had an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact us. We will accept the product back within 30 days of original purchase as long as 90% of the product is unused. A 25% processing fee applies.
When shipping returns/exchanges back to L’eclisse, please ship them in the original box, or a similar box. Please do not ship our products in a padded envelope. This does not keep products safe from damage.
NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on returns and exchanges.
