Policies and Procedures

1. Minimum Order:
   No minimum orders.
2. Shipping and Handling:
   • All orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless an alternative method is requested.
   • Shipping charge is 4.0% of total sales with a minimum of $15.00 for ground.
   • Free ground shipping for orders over $1,000.00 ($1,500 for Alaska/Hawaii).
   • Additional charge for all C.O.D. orders of $10.00.
3. Shipping Turnaround:
   Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt or you will be notified.
4. Wholesale Pricing:
   For accounts using and retailing in a business environment and not for personal use only. Professional license and business license required (sales tax license required for Washington accounts).
5. Discounts:
   A 1% incremental discount will be applied to each order for every $1,000.00 of your order.
   i.e. $1,000.00 = 1% discount on order, $2,000.00 = 2%, $3,000.00 = 3%… up to $10,000.00+ = 10%)
6. Return Products:
   • Prior approval and a Return Authorization number are required.
   • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product and must be shipped at the expense of client. On approval an exchange will be made or a credit towards future orders will be made, no cash refunds are possible.
   • Returns are eligible for money back (with approval) on initial orders only.
   • Returns due to your client’s dissatisfaction are eligible for credit towards wholesale’s future purchases with approval.
   • Missing/damaged product product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Shipments that show obvious signs of damage should be refused.
7. Internet Sales:
   Pricing cannot fall below the suggested retail provided by L’eclisse for any L’eclisse product listed on the internet. The pricing cannot be displayed on the internet. All internet accounts must be owned by the esthetician or physician that is purchasing the product. Violators of this policy will receive a warning (and 30 days to cure the problem) after the first violation. The account will be terminated after any additional violations or if they do not correct the initial violation within 30 days. No international sales are allowed.
8. L’eclisse Infusions:
   • Professional Liability Insurance required. Certificate of Insurance must be provided to L’eclisse by Insurance Agent.
   • Read suggested peel protocol and peel application directions.
   • “Personal Use” accounts (with no business license) cannot order skincare products.
9. Methods of Payments:
   • Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover
   • PayPal
   • Check (Returned checks are subject to $25 service fee and this account will be put on a cash only basis).
10. You must agree to the terms of this page before placing a wholesale order with L’eclisse.
11. We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time without notice.
